Lox Bagels
Smoked Salmon
Plain bagel, toasted and halved
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Plain cream cheese
Tomato, sliced
Capers
Purple onion, thinly sliced
Directions:
Drizzle bagel halves with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Spread evenly with cream cheese. Top evenly with smoked salmon, tomato, capers and purple onion. Serve.
